Qualifications

About Your New Employer

Join a well-established public sector organisation based on a large campus in North County Dublin which known for its commitment to community service and excellence. The role is for an Assistant Facilities Manager / Senior Facilities Coordinator to join the well established team on site.

About Your New Job

  • Work alongside the Facilities Manager assisting with all facilities & maintenance operations
  • Supervise professional service providers and contracts to ensure their compliance with the project brief, and relevant legislation
  • Develop a strong working relationship with stakeholders in relation to all building related matters
  • Provide technical guidance and recommendations on issues relating to all works being undertaken by the Buildings & Estates team
  • Assist the Facilities Manager in the delivery of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’S) appropriate to facilities team projects.
  • Assist in the implementation and delivery of a planned preventative maintenance programme for the site, including but not limited to the maintenance on life safety systems, mechanical systems, heating and electrical systems.

What Skills You Need

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Must have experience coordinating / managing contractors
  • You will ideally be a Senior Facilities Coordinator or Assistant FM currently.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with team members, contractors, and stakeholders.
