We are looking for someone who is passionate about fashion and management to help lead in various South Shore locations (Champlain, Dix-30, St-Bruno).

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Maximizing store performance through effective staff training and management of all store operations;
  • Running the store to optimize sales and motivating employees to achieve their sales targets;
  • Assisting the Store Manager with recruiting, hiring, and training an effective and productive sales team;
  • Ensuring attractive merchandise presentation according to established guidelines;
  • Maintaining merchandise care and ensuring that maintenance standards are met;
  • Contributing to team motivation and engagement;
  • Applying and enforcing internal rules and policies consistently to ensure loss prevention.

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong sales and communication skills;
  • Leadership abilities and the ability to motivate and guide teams;
  • Excellent organizational and priority management skills;
  • Passion for and knowledge of fashion;
  • Proficiency with computer tools and POS / inventory management software.
