Typical Day
As a management team member, you will support the assistant manager and manager to meet sales goals, uphold company standards, and motivate your team to excel.
Sales
- Train team members to assist customers effectively, teaching sales techniques and product features;
- Warmly welcome customers and answer questions about products;
- Coordinate store activities with management;
- Ensure smooth store operations and excellent customer service;
- Achieve personal sales goals (training provided);
- Communicate sales targets and information to your team.
Human Resources
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes excellence, belonging, and pride in working for La Vie en Rose;
- Lead by example by embodying our vision, mission, and culture;
- Recruit, train, and develop team members, identifying potential candidates for various roles;
- Manage absences and punctuality.
Marketing and Visual Merchandising
- Know the products and their technical features;
- Create an inviting store environment according to planograms;
- Monitor competitors’ activities;
- Build and maintain a loyal customer base;
- Assist with receiving and visual setup of merchandise;
- Maintain store cleanliness and presentation standards.
Administration
- Analyze sales, traffic, and productivity reports and share insights with the team;
- Manage opening and closing procedures;
- Follow policies and procedures of the head office;
- Perform other related tasks as needed.
