Michael Kors Canada Co. is seeking dynamic individuals to join our in-store team in Laval.

The role involves recruiting, training and developing store staff, and leading sales efforts to drive performance in a fast-paced luxury fashion environment. The position requires 2–5 years of sales management experience, strong operational and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of experience in sales management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, training and development of store staff to ensure positions are filled promptly with qualified individuals.
