Position Summary




NYU's Stern School of Business has an exciting opportunity available for an Assistant Director, Office of Student Engagement. In consultation with the Associate Director and Director, the Assistant Director will assist MBA student organizations, assess, recommend, and provide resources to enhance quality and content of student groups' programs and events. They will ensure MBA student activities and events needs are being met and evaluate quality of service delivery against peer MBA programs' events and activities.






Qualifications




Candidates will have a Bachelor's degree (Master's Degree preferred) and 2 years' relevant experience in student services or activities or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Demonstrated event planning and implementation experience is required along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.






Additional Information




In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $70,000 to $80,000. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items.
