Director of Care - Fenelon Falls, ON - 1+ Year Mat Leave Contract

TEEMA Solutions Group is looking for a Director of Care to join our clients team in Fenelon Falls, ON. The Director of Care will be responsible for leading and managing the care team, ensuring that the highest standards of care are provided to our clients.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the care team, ensuring that the highest standards of care are provided to our clients.

Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of our clients.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of the care team.

Ensure that all care services are delivered in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders.

Develop and manage budgets.

Qualifications:

Must be a RN

1+ years of experience as a prior Director of Care within a Long Term Care Facility

Strong leadership and management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
