Location: Remote (Kelowna, BC region)

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Compensation: $50,000 – $70,000 base + 2% commission + comprehensive benefits

We're expanding our reach and looking for a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Remote Admissions Outreach Advisor supporting the Kelowna region. In this fully remote role, you’ll engage prospective students across BC, helping them explore educational opportunities while driving top-line revenue growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own the full admissions sales cycle—from prospect outreach to enrollment commitment.
  • Build strong, consultative relationships with prospective students through high-volume outreach (80–150 calls/day).
  • Promote academic programs and guide students through admissions and enrollment steps.
  • Host virtual information sessions and represent the College at regional digital recruitment events.
  • Evaluate applications and ensure compliance with admissions policies and program eligibility.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless enrollment process.
  • Consistently hit or exceed KPIs and sales targets, managing a robust sales funnel in a CRM environment.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Minimum 2+ years of high-performance sales experience (ideally billing $1M+ annually).
  • Background in education sales, private college admissions, or high-volume B2C sales preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Strong closing ability, persuasive communication skills, and objection handling.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced remote environment with high call and outreach volume.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using CRM platforms and virtual engagement tools.
