Overview

The Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College seeks an Assistant Director to lead the operations, analytics, and data-driven initiatives that power the School’s marketing, business development, and student success strategies. This role ensures that technology platforms, insights, and processes are effectively translated into partnership prioritization, enrollment growth, executive education opportunities, and student career pipelines. Serving as a single point of coordination for business development operations, the Assistant Director will partner with leadership to prioritize industries, companies, and clients, inform executive education programming (MEE), and strengthen connections to internships, mentors, and jobs for students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage data-driven systems and tools (e.g., analytics platforms, FLARE) to develop actionable insights in coordination with business development, enrollment, and student success.
  • Develop and maintain policies, workflows, and secure integrations that enable reliable execution of business development and marketing operations.
  • Facilitate biweekly reviews with leadership and project teams to track progress, prioritize initiatives, and resolve barriers.
  • Marketing, Partnerships & Business Development
    • Use analytics to prioritize partnerships by industries and companies, aligning resources with high-impact opportunities.
    • Translate data into targeted marketing campaigns, lead-generation strategies, and executive education business development opportunities.
    • Collaborate with MEE leadership to inform program design and client targeting, helping shift executive education toward a proactive, data-driven model.
    • Support enrollment and business development teams in optimizing pipeline management, partner engagement, and strategic outreach.
  • Project & Stakeholder Management
    • Define project objectives, milestones, timelines, and success metrics.
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure on-time, on-scope delivery.
    • Serve as liaison between Crummer leadership, project teams, and vendor partners.
    • Work closely with the Associate Dean to ensure operational insights directly shape MEE strategy.
  • Student Success Enablement
  • Make use of data analytics to support student career services, including internship placement, mentorship connections, and job opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities to integrate operational insights into student-facing initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications & Education
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Familiarity with data models, database systems, and analytics tools.
  • Experience with cloud-based database platforms, data governance, or education technology.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degree in project management, data analytics, or related field.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with a relationship CRM or similar information system.
  • Knowledge of statistics and ability to analyze data sets; running queries, report writing, and presenting findings.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across diverse stakeholders (i.e. faculty, executives, and corporate clients) and able to act as a bridge between technical, academic, and business audiences.
  • Proven project management skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Willingness to learn and apply new technologies in AI and data analytics.
Key Attributes
  • Strategic, business-development orientation with measurable impact.
  • Detail-driven project manager with strong execution discipline.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and able to balance multiple stakeholder needs.
  • Comfortable working across data, partnerships, and program design.
  • Curious, innovative, and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Campus-based, front-facing customer service position, working in an office environment.
  • Regular use of a computer and databases.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, which include evenings and weekends, based on business needs.
