Atlantic Superstore is hiring Assistant Department Managers to lead and inspire store teams while delivering exceptional customer service. You will mentor staff, maintain merchandising standards, and drive department performance across our locations in Canada.

Ideal candidates are skilled in people leadership, able to work varying shifts including days, evenings and weekends, and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced retail environment. Experience is an asset.
