Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy is required.
  • 2-3 years of pharmacy experience.
  • Proven supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with provincial pharmacy regulations and legislative requirements.
  • Promote professionalism, ethical business practices, and a strong work ethic.

About the Role

We're currently hiring for an Assistant Department Manager, Pharmacy—a developmental leadership role designed to prepare you for future advancement into Pharmacy Manager positions.

As an Assistant Department Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting pharmacy operations, team development, and customer care. You'll work closely with the Pharmacy Manager to ensure regulatory compliance, drive business growth, and foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
