What you’ll do:

  1. Lead, mentor and empower team members to improve efficiency, engagement, and retention.
  2. Maintain merchandising and operational standards.
  3. Be accountable for financial objectives.
  4. Be on the lookout for fantastic talent to join the team.
  5. Build and lead diverse teams that foster a workplace of inclusiveness and belonging.

What you bring:

  3. Flexibility to work a variety of hours which may include days, evenings, and weekends.
  4. Able to move up to 50lbs and in constant mobility for an entire shift.

  8. Adaptable in a fast-paced work environment.
  9. Experience in a retail setting is an asset.
