A construction company is seeking an Assistant Customer Relations Officer to manage resident feedback, coordinate with internal teams, and assist in project-related administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and organizational skills, with an ability to work in a team environment. This role offers 14 days of annual leave and a job bonus.
We are a construction company doing various types of construction projects, including HDB Home Improvement Programme. The site will be located at Woodland.
There will be a 3-person team at the information centre: 1 PRO and 2 APRO. The PRO will guide you through all procedures.
Hours are either 8:30am–5:30pm or 9:00am–6:00pm, with alternate Saturdays off.
