What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage key activities and interactions between the Board of Directors, Board Chair, CEO, and Executive Management
- Plan and administer all Board and Committee meetings, including logistics and documentation
- Serve as a confidential liaison between Directors and Executive Management
- Oversee processes related to director recruitment, orientation, and compensation
- Contribute to the development of corporate governance policies and continuous disclosure documents
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Paralegal, Governance Certification, or Legal Assistant Diploma considered an asset
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Corporate Secretarial, legal, or public company executive environments
- Experience in project management and event planning
- Knowledge of corporate governance and securities, ideally with publicly traded companies
- Exceptional professionalism and interpersonal relationship management skills

- Strong analytical and communication skills, both oral and written
