Job summary

Forage FTE Drilling in Sherbrooke, QC is hiring an Assistant Controller to prepare monthly financial statements, manage assets and inventory, and handle U.S. division accounting. You will also prepare year-end files and conduct analyses to support decision-making.

The role requires 1–5 years in a similar position, a degree in accounting, and bilingual French/English, with a full-time, permanent schedule and opportunities within an expanding international drilling company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or DEC in Accounting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Dynamics 365 BC, Acomba, and MS Access.
• 1–5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Bilingual French and English.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a College Diploma (DEC) in Accounting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Acomba, and Microsoft Access (assets)
• 1 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Bilingual (French and English) to communicate effectively with our teams, clients, and partners across Canada and internationally
