Job summary

thyssenkrupp Supply Chain Services CA, Inc. seeks a senior finance leader to direct financial planning, budgeting and reporting across divisions. You will ensure IFRS and GAAP compliance, develop internal controls, and coordinate with leadership on forecasts and capital planning.

Expertise in automated reporting and regulatory compliance is required. The role focuses on delivering accurate financial data, insights, and strategic support to senior management, while guiding a team to optimize

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles.
  • Knowledge of IFRS and GAAP.
  • Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems.
  • Knowledge of federal and state financial regulations.
  • Ability to analyze financial data, explain variances, and prepare financial reports.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and coordinate divisional financial planning and budget management functions.
  • Recommend benchmarks for performance measurement of divisions and sites.
  • Monitor monthly operating results against budgets and forecasts.
  • Develop and enforce internal controls to protect assets and ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare financial reports, outlooks, and forecasts with Operational Leadership.

Job SummaryProvide leadership and coordination of company financial planning, financial reporting, and budget management functions. Ensure company accounting procedures are in compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).Job DescriptionKey Accountabilities:Direct and coordinate divisional financial planning and budget management functions.Recommend benchmarks for measuring the financial and operating performance of divisions and sites.Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budgets and forecasts.Develop and enforce internal controls to maximize protection of company assets, policies, procedures, and workflows as well as financial accuracy.Manage the preparation of financial reports, financial outlooks and financial forecasts in coordination with Operational Leadership.Analyze financial data to identify trends, assess financial health, and provide insights to inform strategic decision-making through key performance indicators.Provide comprehensive financial updates to senior managers by evaluating, analyzing, and reporting appropriate data points.Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal reporting requirements.Establish and implement short- and long-range divisional financial goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.Design, establish, and maintain an organizational structure and staffing to effectively accomplish the department's goals and objectives.Support financial and operational audits as required and provide recommendations for procedural improvements.Meet TKMNA Employee Attributes/CompetenciesThe above is intended to describe the general content of and requirements for the performance of this job.
