Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage job costing, project accounting, and reconciliation processes
• Support the Controller in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards
• Coordinate with project managers to track construction project financials
• Assist with audits and liaise with external accounting firms
• Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements

Skills and Experience:

• Accounting Proficiency: Strong knowledge of full-cycle accounting and construction job costing practices.
• Analytical Strength: Ability to analyze complex data sets and generate actionable financial insights.
