The position as Student Consultant, German Market Efforts:

Our German market efforts are one of our fastest growing markets and you'll join a team of 5 other german speaking Sales Consultants in one of 4 vertical-teams: SaaS, Tech, Finance and Professional Services within our Sales department. Together with your team, leader, and mentor your job is to help our clients grow by doing B2B sales. You will learn how to successfully drive sales processes and begin your journey towards 'Sales Excellence'.

What you’ll be doing working with sales at Radiant:

You’ll be representing one of our clients together with a team of experienced sales talents with the purpose of generating growth through sales meetings, pipeline, and revenue. Your primary work will be:

  • Prospecting: identify, research, and qualify relevant leads (40 % of your time)
  • Pitching & stakeholder engagement: book and qualify sales meetings (50 % of your time)
  • Client Management: Stakeholder Management & Pipeline Management (10 % of your time)

We'll develop a personal career plan to enable you to become full-time Consultant when you graduate:

We will design a career and development plan, so that both you and you leader can work dedicated towards your goals, passions, interests, and ambitions with the purpose to develop you to become Account Responsible for a team and client. Most become Senior Sales Excellence Consultants within 12-18 months.
