Role Description
The assistant condominium manager and office administrator role is a hybrid role. The majority of the work will be remote, with the option for in-person and/or onsite training, as needed. Responsibilities include assisting in the day-to-day management of condominium communities, organizing and supporting administrative tasks, coordinating vendor services, and supporting compliance efforts for condominiums in adherence with their respective by-laws, rules and regulations, as well as compliance with all applicable legislation.

Qualifications
Office hours are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with an expectation that the successful candidate be available for a minimum of 20 hours a week over a minimum of 3 weekdays. The rate of pay will start at $20/hour for the 3-month probationary period, but the permanent rate of pay is negotiable once the probationary period is concluded.
