Role Description:

Are you an aspiring Condominium Manager? If so, this is the job for you! Equium Group is looking to hire an Assistant Condominium Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will assist the Condominium Manager in managing the day-to-day activities of an assigned condominium portfolio. With its diverse business offerings, track record, and growth plans, Equium Group provides an environment conducive to developing a long-term career in real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work with building staff and stakeholders to meet client, owner, and tenant standards.
  2. Assist in negotiating contracts, sourcing vendors and contractors.
  3. Help oversee operational expenditures and capital projects.
  4. Manage multiple tasks and projects within tight deadlines.
  5. Support property management in line with policies, procedures, and budgets.
  6. Coordinate repairs and maintenance to meet budget and operational expectations.
  7. Ensure contracts are performed according to terms and applicable laws.
  8. Assist in preparing purchase orders and managing costs for contractors and services.
  9. Contribute to developing and overseeing annual budgets.
  10. Perform property inspections, generate reports, and re-forecast quarterly.
  11. Support Equium Group's culture of environmental sustainability and social responsibility.
  12. Review invoices for accuracy and process payments.
  13. Perform other duties as assigned by the Condominium Manager.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years' experience in hospitality, tourism, customer service, or condominium management.
  • Preferably familiar with Yardi software.
  • Proficiency in Excel required.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
