Job Overview:

The ACIM supports the growth of our products by utilizing syndicated research, account data, and ad-hoc studies to differentiate Give & Go. The role involves developing insights that support marketing strategies and translating these into actionable plans for success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Product and Channel Managers (Frozen & Kits) and other stakeholders to translate ideas and insights into innovative solutions that support business strategies.
  • Monitor and advise on market trends impacting the business.
  • Provide foresight into consumer trends to predict future market developments.
  • Ensure brand strategies are based on factual market understanding.
  • Work with the sales team to develop customized retailer consumer and category insights for reviews.
  • Develop and maintain tools as self-serve platforms for access to market information.
  • Update reporting on the RISE platform weekly.
  • Adapt reporting and visualizations as market needs evolve.
  • Promote the use of market insights throughout the business.
  • Support discovery processes and tools to meet business objectives.
  • Participate in group sessions, interpretation workshops, vendor summits, and product development panels.
The Recipe for Success:
  • University degree in business and/or marketing.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in market research or a related field requiring analysis of information.
  • Strong analytical skills in market research and trend analysis.
  • Experience with Nielsen, Circana, and retailer proprietary research (e.g., 84.51, Scintilla).
  • Proficiency with data visualization software, preferably Microsoft Power BI.
  • Ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Experience working with diverse groups across multiple locations.
  • Excellent written, verbal, analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment skills.
  • Expertise in MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
