• Work on a daily basis with foreign suppliers to ensure follow-up purchases
• Responsible for monitoring Purchase Orders and creating purchase orders.
• Track outstanding items and issues and assist buyers in correcting and to locate the gaps
• Responsible for updating the various production monitoring tools to buyers;
• Responsible for shipping/tracking parts to suppliers and associated logistics.
• Process and create purchase orders in a timely manner, ensuring attention to detail.
• Motivated to work in a fast-paced, solution-demanding environment creative.

Are you THE person we are looking for?

• Have experience in purchasing or a related field. (An advantage)
• Have two (2) years or more of relevant experience.
• Know inventory management systems (Kanban, min/max, MRP).
• Demonstrate excellent persuasion skills, speed of execution and attention to detail.
• Demonstrate honesty, autonomy, initiative and versatility.
• Enjoy learning new tools and concepts.
