We are looking for a customer service and maintenance professional to become an Assistant Building Manager. This role works closely with the Building Manager and Property Manager to support the success of our apartment complexes and Hazelview overall.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Assistant Building Managers are responsible for Class A customer care of our residents and support for Building Managers. Your responsibilities will include promptly following up with residents on inquiries, assisting Building Managers in demonstrating our suites to prospective residents, managing day-to-day operations of the building during the absence of the manager, ensuring the cleanliness of the building, and assisting with “move-in” and “move-out” month-end procedures.
