JOB DESCRIPTION
The Assistant Community Manager at the Beverley works alongside the Community Manager and plays a vital role in the efficient operation and management of the building. This multifaceted position encompasses various responsibilities, including mainly maintenance, janitorial, and life safety tasks with some administrative responsibilities and coverage. The main objective of the Assistant Community Manager will be to undertake cleaning, maintenance and support related tasks at the Beverley building in New Westminster.
Hours:
The position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week. The working schedule will be determined based on the needs of the building and will likely require a weekend day to be worked.
