Overview

Assistant manager required for a busy bakery shop in Penarth. 31 hours per week over 5 days (Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat usually), hours between 7am - 4.30pm.

Responsibilities

• Serving customers
• Making sandwiches
• Baking pasties and Welsh cakes
• Cleaning
• Managing the shop one day per week to cover the managers' day off
• Working up to 5 full days to cover the managers holidays (and sickness absence)

Requirements

• Applicants ideally have retail experience, preferably with food handling knowledge/experience
• Applicants do not require management experience; however it is beneficial
