What YOU Will Do

  • Serve as the go-to AME for the Light Jet Fleet, ensuring maintenance complies with policies, regulations, and standards
  • Inspect, assess, and assist in repairs and modifications to aircraft structures, systems, and equipment
  • Take charge of dismantling and reassembling aircraft systems for repair and overhaul, troubleshooting defects, and executing corrective actions
  • Support flight crew on maintenance issues and manage reported defects with urgency and cost-effectiveness
  • Work collaboratively to maintain high standards, utilizing approved equipment and materials

What You Bring

  • A valid Canadian AME M2 license and at least 3 years’ experience
  • Post-secondary education in an aircraft maintenance course
  • Experience in aircraft inspections and heavy inspections
  • Ability to interpret technical publications, manuals, service bulletins, drawings, and blueprints
  • Diagnostic skills and knowledge of aircraft systems, aerodynamics, and structures
  • Hands-on ability to disassemble and install aircraft components
  • Experience with various aircraft maintenance tasks
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Flexible, adaptable, and quick to learn new technologies
  • Professional, ethical, and committed to excellence
  • Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
  • Problem-solving mindset in a fast-paced environment

Other Requirements

  • Must qualify for RAAC and AVOP passes
  • Valid Ontario driver’s license with a clean abstract
  • Availability for overtime, weekends, and shiftwork
  • Occasional travel may be required
  • Citation 560 Ultra (JT15D) endorsement preferred
