Qualifications

What You Will Do

  • Serve as the primary AME for the Light Jet Fleet, ensuring maintenance complies with policies, regulations, and standards
  • Inspect, assess, and assist with repairs and modifications to aircraft structures, systems, and equipment
  • Manage dismantling and reassembling aircraft systems for repairs, troubleshooting defects, and executing corrective actions
  • Support flight crew on maintenance issues and manage defect reports efficiently and cost-effectively
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain high-quality work using approved equipment and materials

What You Bring

  • A valid Canadian AME M2 license and at least 3 years’ experience
  • Post-secondary education in aircraft maintenance
  • Experience with aircraft inspections and heavy maintenance
  • Ability to interpret technical publications, manuals, and drawings
  • Strong diagnostic skills and knowledge of aircraft systems and structures
  • Hands-on skills in disassembling and installing aircraft components
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Adaptable, quick learner, and team player
  • Problem-solving mindset suitable for a fast-paced environment

Other Requirements

  • Eligibility for RAAC and AVOP passes
  • Valid Ontario driver’s license with a clean abstract
  • Ability to work overtime, weekends, and shifts on short notice
  • Occasional travel may be required
