Privately owned property group looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assets Manager to manage a diverse portfolio of high-value properties. Comprehensive commercial property management and leasing skills are essential, as are strong financial and high-level negotiation abilities. A strong legal background is preferred. Construction/building knowledge would also be highly regarded.

We are looking for someone senior who has the ability to hit the ground running and has a strong growth/development orientation. The ability to efficiently manage staff resources would also be advantageous.

Our office is currently located in Bentley, with some travel between various property assets as required.
