About The Role

In this role, you will embody Do The Right Thing by protecting People, Assets, and Brands. You will work in an energized, fast-paced environment focused on creating a safe environment for our employees, teams, and customers. You’ll need to understand the big picture strategy and work with cross-functional teams and external partners.

What You'll Do

• Protect company assets and ensure a safe environment for DC employees and visitors.
• Have thorough knowledge of Gap Inc. policies and procedures.
• Work closely with AP Shift Coordinators to support core supply chain AP responsibilities such as security, safety, inventory management, auditing, and investigations.
• Develop relationships within DC Operations to increase AP awareness, maintain operational excellence, and minimize shortages.
• Serve as a primary contact for visitors, emergency services, law enforcement, and other officials.

Who You Are

• Ensure a safe, crime-free environment for DC employees and visitors, managing controls like Access Points, Security, Fire Safety, and related systems.
• Support safety and business continuity during emergencies, contacting emergency services and coordinating on-site responses.
• Perform inventory audits and systems-related functions to reduce shortages.
• Support investigations and research, providing accurate reports and case management while maintaining confidentiality.
