Responsibilities

• Ensures high-ticket merchandise is properly secured in a designated location.
• Processes direct and local shipments promptly, including OMNI merchandise and alcohol.
• Ensures a neat, clean and organized work area in receiving, claims, and offices.
• Follows guidelines for cold chain compliance to ensure quality assurance.
• Assists in shrink prevention by scanning damaged and stolen merchandise.
• Maintains up-to-date returns, vendor returns (RA), recalls, paperwork, packing and shipping.
• Monitors returns and shrink and keeps charge backs to a minimum.
• Ensures invoicing controls and timely payments for merchandise and services.
• Work exception reports MU/MD review, scanning exceptions, price overrides.
