Walmart Canada is seeking an Asset Protection Operations Team Associate in Niagara Falls, ON. The role focuses on securing high-ticket merchandise, processing shipments, and maintaining orderly receiving areas to support store profitability and customer experience.

The position involves following cold chain procedures, recording data, and assisting in shrink prevention while ensuring timely completion of returns, recalls, and related paperwork in accordance with company guidelines.

Formación

• 16+ years of age or older.
• Ability to process direct shipments promptly and accurately.

Responsabilidades

• Secure high-ticket merchandise in designated locations.
• Process direct and local shipments including OMNI merchandise and alcohol.
• Maintain neat, clean, and organized receiving areas and offices.
• Follow cold chain guidelines and record data in the Receiving Temperature Log / Spark App.
• Assist shrink prevention by scanning damaged/stolen merchandise.
• Manage returns, vendor return requests, recalls, and related paperwork within deadlines.
• Monitor returns/shrink and enforce proper handling to minimize chargebacks.
• Keep up-to-date with company policies and new store programs and systems.
