• Investigations and Case Support: investigates shrink incidents and escalates findings per guidelines.
• Emergency Response and Store Support: assists in evacuations and emergency procedures as needed.
• Enforcement and External Apprehensions: carries out external apprehensions when required and compliant.
• Communication and Reporting: communicates information clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
