Job description

  • Salary range for Asset Owner between $78,000 and $98,000 CAD annually, based on experience

At our facility in Scarborough, you can develop your full potential sustainably by applying your expertise within the Packaging team as the Asset Owner:

  • Oversee employee performance related to machine operations, develop skills, and create production strategies for operators
  • Train and coach operators on cleaning, inspection, and lubrication activities (CIL)
  • Create and manage line-specific action plans, develop standard maintenance processes, and propose efficiency and productivity improvements
  • Implement maintenance action plans, coordinate resources to resolve work conflicts, validate performance over the last 24 hours, and prepare daily analysis
  • Manage critical path, operations, and maintenance during shutdowns for the CIL process
  • Participate in post-shutdown critiques, provide data analysis, and corrective actions in Line Centric Team (LCT) meetings
  • Support divisional objectives in health and safety, productivity, quality, and continuous improvement (5S)
