The Opportunity

Reporting to the Manager of Facilities & Energy Management Services, the Asset Informatics Analyst will serve as the key strategic technical leader for converting data into knowledge within the Facilities and Environmental Services. The role involves managing the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), supporting data analysis, and providing strategic leadership for asset management, risk mitigation, and maintenance planning to ensure safety and operational efficiency.

Hours of Work: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences, Statistics, or a related discipline; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
  • Knowledge in data management, facilities management, and healthcare environments.
  • At least 2 years of experience with computerized databases and systems such as SAP, DirectLine/MegaMation.
  • Experience with database reporting, data analysis, contract management, and healthcare operations preferred.
  • Proficiency in SQL/VBA scripting, macros, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, with high attention to detail and organizational skills.
