Job summary

You will assist with credit submissions, risk assessment and post-close portfolio management while coordinating with internal stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions.

You bring 2+ years in commercial or corporate credit, strong financial modeling skills, and solid communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Commercial or Corporate Credit.
• Asset-based lending experience is a plus.
• Strong financial analysis and credit skills.
• Solid financial modeling ability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financing proposals and structure terms for clients.
• Assist with credit proposals, documentation and closings.
• Support post-close portfolio management and monitoring.
• Collaborate with treasury services, commercial banking, risk management and other stakeholders.
• Negotiate terms and present recommendations to senior management.
