Job summary

Maritime Geothermal Ltd. in Petitcodiac, NB is seeking an Assembly line worker for electric heating systems to join a busy production team.

You will assemble prefabricated parts and large household appliances, read blueprints and electrical schematics, and ensure quality through testing equipment. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, reliable, organized, and able to work on day shifts from 8:00 to 17:00, with a willingness to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 23 kg.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Must have High school diploma.
• Experience in assembly lines preferable.
• Able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
• Good oral communication skills.
• Organized and flexible in nature.
• Reliable and a good team player.
• Work environment is noisy and dusty; able to concentrate.

Responsibilities

• Assemble prefabricated parts.
• Assemble large and small household appliances.
• Record, collect and summarize inspection results.
• Read blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Inspect products for defects and faulty connections.
• Operate testing equipment to ensure quality.
• Perform minor repairs on items rejected from production.
