Qualifications

• Hands-on manufacturing/assembly interest
• Warehouse/general labour experience an asset
• Experience using hand/power tools and tape measures an asset
• Willingness to learn, follow instructions, work in a team
• Dependable attendance, safety, and quality mindset
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand extended periods

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and fasten sheet metal.
• Assemble metal parts and components for HVAC equipment.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.
• Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Prepare parts lists and gather materials for assembly.
• Keep work area clean and organized; follow safe procedures.
• Assist with material handling or warehouse activities as required
