The A220 commercial aircraft program is seeking structural assemblers to join our team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada).

Use jigs and position PVA components, engineering drawings, or any other materials provided by the methods department;
Drill within prescribed tolerances, apply sealing products, and install the required fasteners according to engineering specifications;
Meet the standard deadlines prescribed by the methods department and comply with the quality reference document;
Adhere to health, safety, and environmental standards;
Ensure compliance with production standards and rates;
Perform other related duties based on experience and qualifications.
A T.S.D. in aerospace structural assembly OR;
A T.S.D. in aerospace mechanical assembly OR;
A D.S.C in airframe assembly OR;
An evidence of completion of an accelerated (fast-track) training program in aircraft structures, OR;
A high school diploma or equivalent AND a minimum of 3 years of experience as an assembler in the aerospace field or a related industry, within the last 5 years;
You will be required to work in an enclosed space;
You will be required to work at heights of up to 30 feet on a regular basis;
Ability to adopt and maintain various physical positions as needed for the job.

Vos défis:
Travailler à partir d’instructions fournies sous forme de cahiers de montage et d’aides visuelles;
Utiliser des gabarits et positionner les composants de PVA, des dessins de l’ingénierie ou de tout autre matériel fourni par le département des méthodes;
Percer dans les tolérances prescrites, appliquez des produits d’étanchéité et installez les fixations requises conformément aux spécifications d’ingénierie;
Respecter les délais normatifs prescrits par le département des méthodes et se conformer au document référentiel de qualité;
Respecter les normes de santé, de sécurité et de l’environnement;
Assurer le respect des normes et cadences de production;
Toutes autres fonctions connexes selon l’expérience et les qualifications.
Votre carte d’embarquement:
Un D.E.P. en montage de structures en aérospatiale OU;
Un D.E.P. en montage mécanique aérospatiale OU;
Une évidence de réussite d’une formation accélérée (fast-track) en structure d’aéronefs OU;
Un D.E.C en assemblage de structure OU ;
Un diplôme d’étude secondaire (D.E.S) ou une équivalence ET un minimum de 3 années d'expérience comme assembleur dans le domaine de l'aéronautique ou dans un secteur connexe, et ce, dans les 5 dernières années;
Vous serez appelé à travailler dans un espace clos sur une base régulière;
Vous serez appelé à travailler en hauteur jusqu'à 30 pieds sur une base régulière;
Vous avez une capacité à adopter et maintenir différentes positions physiques selon les besoins du travail.
