We are currently looking for a full-time Assembler/Machine Operator (SEG Frame Cutter). The responsibilities include manufacturing, assembly, and packing of fabric frames. This role is available across all 3 shifts (days, afternoons, nights) and reports to the print plastics supervisor.

Hourly Pay Rate: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour, DOE.

Key Responsibilities

• Cut extrusions and small metal components, drill holes in various materials to build frames
• Operate machinery such as cutting saws and drill presses
• Assemble materials to build frames
• Monitor inventory of hardware components
• Pack frames with fabric materials
• Participate in health and safety training and adhere to policies
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

• Post-secondary education in Trades, CNC, window/door manufacturing
• 3-5 years of industry experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
• Critical thinking and results-oriented mindset
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and follow instructions
• Experience with cutting various gauges of metal, plastics, woodworking machinery, and hand tools
• Comfortable operating machine tools and measuring equipment
• First Aid Certification and Tow Motor License in good standing
