Assembler/ Finisher | DuraMag | Waterville, ME


Regular Employee | Hourly Non-Exempt | $0.00 - 0.00


What you'll do:

Join our production team to assemble truck bodies and specialty vehicles. You'll work across assembly, sub-assembly, and component areas using various hand and power tools.

  • Use air, electric, and hand tools to assemble/install truck body parts
  • Follow work instructions and quality standards
  • Rotate between workstations
  • Maintain a clean, safe workspace
  • Support 5S and lean initiatives
  • Assist team as needed when not assembling



What you need to be successful:

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • 1+ year manufacturing experience (automotive, RV, or boat preferred)
  • Valid driver's license & strong attendance
  • Able to lift 50 lbs and use ladders
  • Comfortable with power tools and reading tape measure (to 1/16")
  • Ability to read work orders and gauges
  • Team player with a safety-first mindset
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screen
