Hammond Air Conditioning in Ingersoll is seeking a hardworking assembler/fabricator to join our team. We manufacture air conditioning systems and supply parts for heavy equipment and industries.

The successful candidate should have strong attention to detail, be customer oriented, and willing to be trained. Key responsibilities include assembling and installing systems, following engineering drawings, basic sheet metal fabrication, and occasional welding.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install air conditioning systems according to drawings.
• Follow engineering drawings and technical specifications.

• Maintain accurate paperwork and customer service records.
• Willing to travel and work on the road as required.

Hammond Air Conditioning in Ingersoll is looking for a hardworking motivated employee to fill the role of assembler / fabricator on our team. Hammond Air Conditioning manufactures air conditioning systems and sells parts for the heavy equipment, heavy truck, mining, marine and agriculture industries. The successful candidate should have a strong attention to detail, be customer oriented and willing to be trained.

Key Roles And Responsibilities

• Assemble and install air conditioning systems
• Follow engineering drawings and technical specifications
• Perform basic sheet metal fabrication
• Perform non-structural welding as required
• Possess strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
• Operate hand tools, grinders, soldering torches, and lathes
• Previous mechanical experience considered an asset
• Previous fabrication skills considered an asset
• Maintain accurate paperwork and customer service records
• Willing to travel and work on the road as required
• Perform other related duties as required
