Job summary

Bombardier Aerospace Canada is seeking an assembler for aircraft structures at Marcel-Laurin Plant 1. You will assemble sub-assemblies and structural components from an assembly book, adapting to fuselage and cockpit work, using manual or automated tools, and ensuring conformity to specifications.

The role requires a DEP in structural assembly or 5 years of aeronautics assembly experience and the ability to read French.

Qualifications

• DEP in structural assembly or 5 years of aeronautics assembly experience.
• Proficiency in reading French.

Responsibilities

• Carry out, from an assembly book, the assembly of sub-assemblies and structural assemblies of airframes and aircraft systems
• Adapt your work to various types of assembly: fuselage assembly, aircraft cockpit and different types of components
• Use manual or automated machines and tools depending on the work to be done
• Ensure, by various means of control, the conformity of the assemblies in relation to the assembly specifications.
• Maintain the work area in a clean and safe condition;
