Strive Recruitment Inc. is seeking a General Labour/Assembler in St. George, ON for a day shift. You will join a mid-size automotive manufacturing facility, performing assembly and warehouse tasks in a team setting.

Starting pay is $21/hr with straight day shifts from 7 am to 4 pm (Fridays 1 pm). Temp-to-perm opportunity with weekly pay and a clean, organized workplace in a convenient St. George location.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation as this is not on a bus route.
• Experience with using hand tools and able to bring own hand tools to work.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Automotive experience is nice to have.
• Work safely and follow all company policies, procedures, and work practices.
• Have a great team attitude and willingness to help.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Previous 1 year of experience working in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Automotive assembly and fabrication.
• Installation of automotive parts using hand tools.
• Adheres to all Preferred Work Methods and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Carries out duties in a safe manner as instructed through safety training.
