Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience as an Asphalt Raker.
• Knowledge of Municipal and MTO requirements is preferred.
• Willingness to join LIUNA local 1059.

Responsibilities

• Stay aware of surroundings and follow health and safety protocols.
• Operate safely around large mobile and processing equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Stay aware of surroundings at all times
• Follow health and safety protocols, including wearing PPE
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Operate safely around large mobile and processing equipment
• Perform other duties as assigned

Here’s What You Need

• 3-5+ years of proven experience as an Asphalt raker on small to large projects
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of Municipal and MTO requirements (preferred)
• Ability to operate asphalt spreader and assist with paving operations
• Valid Ontario G Class Driver’s License and access to a vehicle
• Membership in LIUNA local 1059 or willingness to join
