Job description

Park Paving Ltd. has been locally owned and operated for 50 years as one of the largest road construction contractors in Edmonton and the surrounding area. We are currently looking to hire anEXPERIENCED MILLING MACHINE OPERATOR to join our Asphalt Milling Division for the upcoming 2025 construction season.

This is a full-time seasonal position that offers competitive wages.

Duties Include:

• Have 3+ years’ experience with operating Wirtgen machines big and small.
• Experience in working on highway work and small city work (ex: tie ins / key cuts).
• Being able to work under pressure and able to take on new challenges.
• Able to work nightshift and out of town work when needed.
• Able to work Monday to Saturday and overtime.
• Must be physically fit – repetitive bending, lifting, kneeling, walking for long periods of time

They will also possess a valid driver’s license and have a strong drive to contribute to the team's success by working with operators and other crew members to perform a wide range of duties. Successful candidates will also be able to maintain a safety-minded and high accountability work culture while working with their direct supervisors, and other employees while maintaining a positive and respectful work environment.
