Responsible for facilitating the successful delivery of services to linguistically diverse patients and family members. Follows interpretation requests, collaborating with qualified auxiliary interpreters to ensure comprehensive accommodation. Provides translation services, including sight translation and written translation of relevant materials such as patient information, pre-operative and post-operative instructions, discharge instructions, patient and family education, and follow-up care materials. Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? No
Experience: 2-3 years of healthcare and/or medical interpreting experience preferred.
