Qualifications

• Experience with AI/ML, prompt engineering or LLM applications.
• Python, data handling or automation experience is a plus.
• Understanding of machine learning workflows or cloud tools.
• Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, API integration, or RAG systems.

Responsibilities

• Build & deploy internal AI tools to support HR, safety, project controls, and admin processes.
• Develop AI-powered automations to reduce manual work & streamline communication.
• Create internal chatbots or retrieval systems for policies, manuals & documentation.
• Assist teams in implementing AI solutions in day-to-day operations.

What You Will Do

You will work directly with management to:

• Build & deploy internal AI tools to support HR, safety, project controls, and admin processes
• Develop AI-powered automations to reduce manual work & streamline communication
• Create internal chatbots or retrieval systems for policies, manuals & documentation
• Assist teams in implementing AI solutions in day-to-day operations
• Research AI use-cases that deliver measurable value in construction & heavy civil environments
• Prototype tools using Python, APIs, automation platforms (Zapier/PowerAutomate/etc.)
• Evaluate LLMs, compare tools, run small pilots & present findings to leadership

Your success = producing working solutions that reduce admin time and increase clarity & speed of decision-making.

What You Bring

Technical Strengths
