Job description

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work as a developer with a diverse, multidisciplinary, passionate, and globally distributed research team. You'll enable our users to access cutting-edge AI-powered technologies, helping them achieve unprecedented accomplishments.

Responsibilities :

1. Develop, train, refine, and deploy multimodal large-scale language models (LLMs) using the Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) approach.
2. Build an LLM agent framework to orchestrate RAG applications.
3. Apply instruction tuning, reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF), and efficient fine-tuning.
4. Evaluate and enhance AI model performance, and analyze biases for correction.
5. Collect, construct, and annotate specialized datasets; train LLMs for various tasks and applications.
6. Improve product quality, safety, and performance.
7. Identify obstacles to team efficiency and propose solutions.
8. Collaborate with product development and management teams on new features and innovations.

Your Profile :

Required Qualifications :

1. Proficient in Python programming, with a solid foundation in software design and optimization.
2. Strong understanding of ML/DL techniques, algorithms, and tools, especially CNNs, RNNs (LSTMs), and Transformers (BERT, BART, GPT / T5, LLMs).
3. Experience developing conversational AI, including natural language understanding, generation, dialogue systems, and machine translation.
4. Hands-on experience training BERT and GPT models, with proficiency in PyTorch and NLP techniques.
5. Practical knowledge of information retrieval frameworks like LlamaIndex, LangChain, FAISS, Haystack, etc.
6. Experience with MLOps frameworks such as KubeFlow, MLFlow, or AirFlow.
7. Ability to thrive in an agile, iterative software development environment.

Required Skills and Abilities :

1. Stay updated on recent advances in artificial intelligence.
2. Hold a Master’s degree or PhD in machine learning, AI, or a related field.
