A creative agency in Toronto is seeking an experienced Art Director. The role involves collaborating with a Copywriter and multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative campaign ideas across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong conceptual thinking and design skills, with over 3 years of agency experience. This position offers the opportunity to influence creative direction and work on diverse projects in a dynamic environment.

ROLE
As an Art Director at Sid Lee, you are a key member of the creative department, working closely with a Copywriter partner and multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute campaign ideas that work seamlessly across a wide range of platforms and formats. You combine strong conceptual thinking with a sharp eye for design, and bring a steady flow of innovative ideas to the table. From film and OOH to experiential activations, social, and unexpected new formats, you approach each project with fresh thinking while ensuring the final product meets the highest standards of craft.
