Job Title: Art Director

Duration: 3-6 month contract- 40 hours/weekly
Pay Rate: $45.00-$50.00/hr
Role Overview
As an Art Director, you’ll lead the design and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, working with a dynamic team of creatives and marketers to bring strategic concepts to life. You’ll ensure consistent, high-quality design across all consumer touchpoints, with expertise in digital channels and social platforms, a results-driven creative approach, strong design principles, exceptional attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
Responsibilities
- Lead creation and execution of visual assets for digital marketing, including social ads and CRM headers, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Develop key art and adapt designs for various formats, ensuring brand alignment, quality, and consistency.
- Review and refine designs based on feedback to meet project requirements and deadlines.
- Use creative performance data to iterate and optimize designs.
- Produce accurate, production-ready files in multiple sizes, formats, and specs.
- Partner with creative directors, copywriters, designers, and producers for cohesive output.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering on time while maintaining quality standards.
- Stay current on industry trends, tools, and tech to drive innovation.
- Create and implement efficient workflows to boost productivity and output.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline.
- 6+ years of proven experience in digital design.
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Google Suite.
- Ability to innovate within brand guidelines, delivering fresh concepts that push creative boundaries.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design and production expertise across multiple media formats.
- Solid grasp of design principles, including layout, color theory, and typography.
- Proficient in digital and print production methods, processes, and terminology.
