Job summary

Brink’s is seeking team members to join our operations crew in Canada. You will perform safe deliveries, operate armored vehicles, and service ATMs for financial institution clients while maintaining a high level of safety and customer service.

Training is provided to ensure comfort with all duties, including driving and security protocols. Successful candidates demonstrate reliability, strong organizational skills, and a customer‑minded approach in a fast-paced environment requiring flexibility

As a member of our operations team, you will have the opportunity to:

• Perform safe and efficient deliveries to clients by following your assigned routes
• Operate an armoured vehicle in a safe manner
• Use your safety and security orientation to ensure a safe environment for yourself, clients and colleagues
• Load, unload and perform repairs to ATM’s for our Financial Institution clients
• Complete daily route records

New to the industry? That’s ok! We offer rigorous training to ensure you are comfortable in the performance of all of your duties, including extensive driver training.

All of our Guards, Drivers and Messengers are required to carry a firearm in the performance of their duties, a PAL for restricted and non-restricted firearms is required.

In British Columbia, Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and PEI – a provincial security guard licence Capable of pushing, pulling and lifting loads of up to 35lbs Available for various shifts at least two days per week – days, evenings, nights and weekends are available
